Details are not complete, but will finalize them by the end of April.

The dates for the event itself are May 26-29. Hours are as follows:
26th - 12pm to 11pm
27th - 6am to 11pm*
28th - 6am to 11pm*
29th - 6am to 12pm*
* Assume we will not start parking until 8am but more details will follow.

** Also, we need to determine if we will open parking lot on Memorial Day.

The parking lot we will use is at the intersection of 401 and Wagstaff.

The land needs to be cleaned so look for those dates and times soon.

Supplies we need to have before the start:
- Cones to define the parking area
- Stakes and plastic fencing or ribbon to define the entry ways
- Spray paint to mark parking areas
- A few coolers and drinks to sell through the day
- I hope to find a larger tractor. I have not yet asked at work.

Also, Matt Price and Jenn Miller will be developing plan for chicken plate fundraiser to be conducted in conjunction with the parking fundraiser.

Scouts, especially the elder ones, are expected to handle the parking. Adults (leaders and parents) will step in as needed.

We must have at least two adults at all times, so we will need parents to sign up to help too.

Request that Adults and Scouts sign up for 4 hour shifts.

Shifts should be as follows:

8am-12 pm
12pm - 4 pm
4pm-8pm
8pm until
