You as the Senior Patrol Leader is the person who is the CEO of the Troop. The Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) is the executive officer of the troop who works closely with the scoutmaster and other adult leaders as well as the Patrol Leaders‘ Council (PLC). YOU ARE responsible for leading PLC meetings (Greenbar) to plan and organize troop activities. You are also the one who keeps Patrol Leaders on Task, and deliver the program as perscribed.
